Today the Georgian opposition has a kind of anniversary. They will celebrate two months of their standoff by a march and by picketing the Ministry of Internal affairs building. During this period the date of Saakashvili’s hypothetical resignation has been postponed several times. As for him, he is not going to leave and claims again that he does not intend to hold any elections. But what anniversary can do without any surprises? Unexpectedly Saakashvili proposed a meeting to the leader of the United Opposition Levan Gachechiladze.
