What should rebellious Georgians beware?
There is just little time left before the 6th anniversary of the Rose Revolution celebrated on November 23 as the birthday of young democracy. However over this time the image of the “beacon of democracy” has considerably decayed. Well, let’s not digress for it turns out there is no national security concept in the country. Sounds somewhat paradoxical but it’s a fact.
