Elections near – candidates still undefined
Next week president of Georgia will announce the local election date. The situation is still unclear – traditionally. No Georgian expert or analyst can definitely say how many candidates will run for the position of Tbilisi mayor. The opposition has failed to come to terms presenting neither a unique candidate nor any action plan. Levan Gachechiladze, one of the opposition leaders thinks Georgia’s political life is currently dead. However political truce in Georgia doesn’t last long as usual.
