100 hospitals to be built – when?

The United States of America continue helping Georgia in the military field. This time, Washington allocated over eight million dollars to Tbilisi for the maintenance of the republican army troops located in the territory of Afghanistan. One is apt to ask whether the maintenance of 170 Georgian peacemakers in Kabul is too expensive for the States.
