Cynical arithmetic of death financing
It looks like the new Kyrgyz government overvalues the death toll of massive disorders in the country, doesn't it? This was the question my Georgian colleagues asked after yesterday's statement made by Rosa Otunbaeva adding that the government was making money on dead souls using Kremlin arithmetic referring to overstated number of deaths in Tskhinval. Stop! Shouldn't we remember who really made money on the South Ossetian war to bail out Georgian economy?
