Saakashvili’s basic instinct is now inside Constitution
Amendments to the Constitution that practically nullify presidency in Georgia will take effect very soon. No one doubts that Mikheil Saakashvili launched these reforms for his own salvation. His presidential term will end in 2013 as well as indemnity against logical consequences of his own actions and decisions.
