A strike in Tkibuli started with the third “bell”
Georgian miners in Tkibuli refused to work today because of the arrest of two direct chiefs. They demand their release and the completion of the investigation of the third explosion in Gruzugl mines. The strikers and trade unions suspect the enterprise management of non-compliance with safety techniques, the enterprise belonging to Mikheil Saakashvili’s associate, Deputy David Bezhuashvili, brother of the head of the Georgian Intelligence Service Gela Bezhuashvili.
Saakashvili wants to be a goy
Georgian president is like a chameleon: he knows his way in any situation and adapts himself to new conditions very quickly. In TV project “President Answers People’s Questions” Mikheil Saakashvili touched upon a very interesting topic by calling refugees to follow example of Jews and use the slogan “Next year in Jerusalem” adding a small correction. The name of the sacred city of three religions is supposed to be changed for Sukhum from where the most organic part of population was expelled, as it turns out.
PACE having a fit of Georgian political paranoia
Georgia’s political elite is guided by the principle “He who is not with us is against us”, so all the objectors are surely Moscow’s agents. This is, perhaps, the most popular accusation brought by Saakashvili’s henchmen. The virus of the anti-Russian paranoia cultivated inside the country by the current regime is disseminated across the world by Mishiko’s accomplices. Neither did PACE avoid this fate. This time, a Russian spy was revealed in a Swiss delegate. Another fit of Georgian spy-mania was commented to GeorgiaTimes correspondent by head of the Caucasian Department of CIS Countries2011-01-28 21:38
Saakashvili suffers without successors
President of Georgia discussed a great number of topics in his controversial TV performance named “President Answers Questions” mentioning economic development, agriculture, justification of barbarous eviction of refugees, and Russia in his glorious metaphor about a “crocodile”. Most of his speech was serene. There was one thing that makes Mikheil Nikolozovich sad – absence of a successor to whom the country can be entrusted.
