A hungry lawyer is no match for Saakashvili
A strange protest rally is taking place in Tbilisi. Yesterday nearly 50 lawyers announced a hunger strike until the authorities meet their demands. Taking a quick look at this list one thing is already clear: lawyers will starve for a long time. The leaders of the republic are called to comply with nearly 10 clauses - freedom of media, release of political prisoners and criminal persecution of persons associated with elite corruption.
Georgian pirates in advance of the planet
Georgian governors enjoy boasting of various virtual achievements: the country has got most favourable business climate, corruption has been eliminated, one billion of foreign investments is expected soon. However, these imaginary improvements do not affect the common citizens’ life. Mishiko drinking wine bottled in Soviet Union
Mikhail Saakashvili addressed a grateful speech to the Russian Federation; it was traditionally full of bile and sarcasm. It turns out that the embargo imposed by Moscow on Georgian wines and mineral waters served the good turn to the Caucasian republic. The quality of products has grown enormously, while new sales markets have been already found. The entire world will soon drink Kvanchkara, Kindzmarauli and Borjomi, having seen the true value of their flavor properties. And it all happened due to the Russian government that deprived is citizens of the precious drink. Well, as the saying goes, you’re always welcome, Mikhail Nikolozovitch.
Georgian expatriate community set against Russia
Georgian president and his associates spare no effort on turning the republic’s population into a mob possessed by paranoid psychosis and implanting a strong syndrome of a besieged fortress, which is going to be destroyed by an evil and merciless enemy in the name of Russia. The incompetency and corruptness of Tbilisi regime have brought Georgia’s economy to a complete decay and Saakashvili, being fairly afraid of the people’s wrath, is harping on Moscow’s scheming. Mishiko’s fantasies have turned out to be infectious and yesterday, his squibs were joined by representatives of the Georgian expatriate community in Europe. They accused the radical opposition, which is currently preparing large-scale protest actions, of being manipulated by the Kremlin.

General Dumbadze to repay debt to America?
The Georgian opposition now has a new weapon to conquer Mikheil Saakashvili’s autocracy. Roman Dumbadze, the disgraced general from Batumi brigade is leaving Russia to take part in revolutionary processes. Despite assertions of the radical parties that the coming events will be a success, it is not that easy to overthrow Georgia’s current leader. US security services that have good expertise in overthrowing unstable states with quite an efficient tool – elections – are taking care not to be repaid in kind.
