Customs revolution awaiting Abkhazia
The Russian and Abkhazian border in Psou is being reconstructed both physically and legally. The Federal Customs Service (FTS RF) suggested that individuals should not have to pass customs control at the frontier. The FTS head Andrey Belyaninov made this statement. The innovation has no legal cover so far. From outside it looks like another technical step aimed at facilitating the border crossing. For thousands of Abkhazian citizens this is a real revolution.
