Georgian money under the sight
Having increased the expenditure part of the budget for next year to 213 million lari, Georgian Finance Minister Dmitry Gvindadze stated that this increase will allow Sakartvelo to celebrate the New Year with a "raised head". However, the fate of the state budget this year is in doubt. Suddenly having found out that it had been executed with a surplus of 219 million GEL, the finance minister proposed to spend it not for social purposes, but for the military. That is, if in the election year somebody would raise his head, that would be security forces guarding Saakashvili's regime.
