A law against Ivanishvili
One has to admit the artfulness of the Georgian parliamentarians. After they failed to accuse the opposition of being sponsored by someone not being a citizen of the Caucasian republic, the deputies passed a law that prohibits taking money from legal entities. The zest of this legal innovation is that they had no scruples about giving a retrospective effect to the law, thus having breached international legal standards.
