Caucasian youth is going to technical secondary school?
Russian Ministry of Education has made a list of inefficient state institutions to be restructured or closed. Most of them are in the North Caucasus. Now, the Education Act may be widened with a provision on monitoring of private institutions which would lead to their reduction in the North Caucasus Federal District. Where should the North Caucasian youth go in this case - either to technical schools or to the woods?
