Allies and infidels in Alla Dudaeva’s Caucasian game2009-08-14 10:08
Alla Dudaeva, an honorable guest to Georgia, the widow of the first Chechen president Jokhar Dudaev apologized to Georgians for the Chechens who had fought in South Ossetia. She called the Chechen soldiers of the Russian army "traitors" defining those who are fighting against the federal center as "allies", "real Chechens". It would be interesting to know who, in her opinion, fought against Tbilisian authorities in Abkhazia? "Traitors" or "real" ones? Who now kills rights defenders in Chechnya and authorities in Ingushetia? And who are Georgians to her - a brotherly nation or the "infidels" who can be used as a tool of revenge for her husband?
For the anniversary of the end of the August war in Caucasus Alla Dudaeva, the widow of the first Chechen president Jokhar Dudaev, sent a letter to Georgia, GHN reports. The letter contains words of support and gratitude for a warm welcome to her and her "friend" - photographer Andrey Melnikoff, full of hatred toward Russia. There are also apologies for the Chechens who according to Dudaeva's notions, "traitorously" fought against Georgia that attacked Tskhinval.
"I thank each of you for a warm welcome and kind words, for your readiness to lay down your lives for Georgia's unity!" - is the first phrase of the woman whose late husband dreamed about the collapse of Russia's territorial integrity.
"My dream is to learn to stop murderous wars between nations the Kremlin so masterfully launches nowadays!" - she continues exculpating the Georgian leadership that made the Abkhazians and Ossetians rise against Georgia's nationalistic policies. "I have a big dream that Georgians, Abkhazians and Ossetians are reconciled first of all to prevent ruin and then... let them decide their own destiny", - Dudaeva said as if unaware of the rebellions against Georgians and referendums on independence in Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
"The Caucasus will be united and integral at all costs": this is the sweetest dream of those who have proclaimed "The Caucasus Emirate" and are conducting a daily war to the last drop of blood with the federal authorities in North Caucasus republics. Yesterday Ingushetia's Construction Minister Ruslan Amerkhanov was killed. Three days ago corpses of Let's Save the Generation youth organization leader Zarema Sadulaeva and her husband Alik Jabrailov were found in Chechnya. A month ago rights defender Natalia Estimirova was kidnapped and shot dead.
