Georgia national football team without coach

Héctor Raúl Cúper, the Argentinean football manager, finished his work in the position of the coach of the Georgia national football team [since August 2008].
His contract expires on December 31st 2009, but no matches scheduled in the period left. The 53-year old Cúper said he regretted Georgian players failed to succeed in the World championship 2010 elimination games.
Zviad Sichinava, the president of the Football Federation of Georgia, thanked Cúper for his work and wished him good luck in the future.
Previously it was said there were three possible candidates for the position, and one of them is Temuri Ketsbaia, the renowned in the past Georgian 41-year old footballer - ITAR TASS.
