The brother of late PM Zurab Zhvania believes the authorities protect the murderers.
Georgi Zhvania states the materials the family possesses materials proving that Zurab Zhvania was murdered, but not got poisoned with carbon monoxide, as the official version says - the VZGLYAD.
"Zura was murdered - it's a fact and it's confirmed by all the materials we have", he said. "We also have data the authority tries to falsify the investigation materials", Georgi Zhvania said in Rezonansi [Georgian newspaper].
He highlighted the investigation isn't over, possibly due to impossibility to prove the poisoning and keep the materials from Zhvania's family.
The late PM's brother stated the President Saakashvili "covers up murderers". In his view, without Saakashvili falsifying would be impossible.
Opposition repeatedly demanded the investigation of the Zhvania's death.
In November the Maestro channel intends to publish scandalous audio tapes about the participation of Georgian authorities in the crime.
