These documents stipulate joint counteraction to external aggression and consequently if Saakashvili is brave enough for this crazy adventure he will have to declare war on Russia this time.

"The Georgian leadership is really unpredictable but not that much as to start new hostilities in South Ossetia and Abkhazia", Anatoly Tsiganok, head of Center for Military Forecast believes adding that the provocations on the part of Georgia will continue as before.
