Georgia to work coal for Germany
2009-01-08 13:52Gruzugol, the Georgian company, a part of Georgian Industrial Group, will work coal for Knaufff, the German company.
Knauff intends to use coal at the gypsum plasterboard manufacturing plant, that will start operations in near future, Day.Az informs.
In 2008 Gruzugol sold 55 000 tons of coal at the price of USD 73 per ton. Coal reserves in the Tkibuli (the occurrence belonging to the company) count about 300 mln tons.
Gruzugol can work up to 15 000 tons of coal per day.
Georgian Industrial group is constructing a coal conversion plant to start operating in April.
