Prosecutor General's response was not long in coming: Gattarov's lawsuit was immediately sent to the court. The main representative of the supervisory authority of Russia Marina Gridneva told the media that prior to the verdict the control over the spread of the film on the Internet and media would be carried out by Russian Federal Surveillance Service for Mass Media and Communications (Roskomsvyaznadzor).
Representatives of the Ummah of Russia have welcomed Gattarov's lawsuit and the efficiency of the Prosecutor General. Sheikh Mahmud Velitov, the Mufti of Moscow and Moscow region, is genuinely happy with the fact that controversial opus has not sown its fruits on Russian soil.
