Abkhazian presidential candidates: Sergey Bagapsh, Vitaliy Bganba, Raul Khajimba, Zaur Ardzinba, and Beslan Butba are to stand a test on the knowledge of Abkhazian language - GHN.

The linguistic commission of the Central Electoral Commission will put under exam every candidate, as the document confirming the knowledge of Abkhzian is the obligatory document to be submitted. Its absence or non-confirmation can be a ground for refuse in registration.

The period to nominate candidates was over yesterday. The elections will be held on December 12th.
