4th PA GUAM sitting to be held in Georgia 2009-11-06 17:11

The 4th sitting of GUAM Parliamentary Assembly will be geld on November 8th - 11th in Georgia in Sheraton Metekhi palace hotel.

The expanded sitting of PA GUAM, with participation of Baltic Assembly and experts starts on November 9th.

On November 10th the joint press conference and adoption of final documents is planned.

GUAM is the regional organisation, established in October 1997 by Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova [Uzbekistan was a member from 1999 to 2005]. Their initial letters gave the organisation the name, from 1999 to 2005 it was called GUUAM.
