Georgia hired a firm to lobby its interests in the USA

The government of Georgia signed a 1-year long contract with Richard A. Gephardt, the U.S. ex-Congressman [Democrat]. According to this contract, his company will lobby interest of Georgian government in Washington.


In accordance with the document, presented to the U.S. Department of Justice by Gephardt Group Government Affairs, the costing of the 1-year contract amounts about USD 436 000. The company obliges to establish ties and contacts of Georgian government in the U.S. Congress and among representatives of executive power - the VZGLYAD.
