Bondarchuk accused Russia in arming Abkhasia and South Ossetia. "Our only prohibition were the unaccepted separatist republics: Abkhasia and South Ossetia. But it's a question to Russia: why did there appear modern armaments, especially in quantities tremendously disproportional to population", - added Bondarchul and pointed out that the number of "notorious" multiple rocket launchers CV-21"Grad" counted, according to his data, 23 items.
According to Bondarchuk, the Ukraine holds a position between the leaders of the world weapons market. He mentioned that no everyone content with this situation, and that was why the Ukraine is a regular object for defamatory campaigns. The special interdepartmental working group with the representatives of administration and corresponding bodies of executive authorities, the National Security and Defense Council of the Ukraine special services made a deep and comprehensive analysis of all the aspects of military-technical partnership with Georgia announced that the Ukraine dealt with accordance with norms of international export control regimes and national legislation.
