Envoys from all over the world come to Tbilisi
An ambassadorial with participation of Georgian ambassadors to other countries, and Foreign Ministers of a number of states, opens today in the capital of Georgia - GHN.
Nino Kalandzdze, the deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia, announced it yesterday.
"The ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia continues tradition with ambassadors to Georgia, accredited in other states. Tomorrow another ambassadorial will be held and attended by the top ranks of our diplomatic corps. Our ambassadors will be given opportunity to acquaint us with the problems they face when doing their mission," she noted.
The ambassadors will meet with representatives of the government of Georgia. Among participants: OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut; Foreign Minister of Finland Alexander Stubb, his Estonian counterpart Urmas Paet.
Mikheil Saakashvili, the President of Georgia, promised to attend the closing of the ambassadorial in three days.
