Samadiradze is said to leave to give his children good education. But according to one of the versions, it's connected with the claims of Vera Kobalia, the Minister of Economy.
According to the source, one of the favourites of the Georgian President tried to persuade Sanadiraze to give his share in Caucasus Online to Giya Adeishvili, the bother of the ex-Minister of Transport Merab Adeishvili.
Initially Sanadiradze was offered 1 000 000 dollars. When he refused, he was threatened with arrest, and soon left the country.
