Young reformers met in Batumi

15383.jpegA three-day international conference of the Forum of Young Reformers of the Black Sea countries opened today in Batumi (Adzharia). As was reported by Novosti Georgia, the event was opened by Georgian Vice Prime Minister Georgy Baramidze. "The forum is aimed at bringing together the young leaders of Georgia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine to consider regional opportunities and discuss common decisions, which will contribute to setting up efficient and long-term political connections", - goes the statement of the vice prime minister's press service.


Participants of the meeting are planning to discuss NATO and European Union's participation in the Black Sea region, the issues of democracy and safety development, human rights protection, corruption control and social sphere.
