Head of Lithuania: All Problems of Georgia Should Be Solved by Peaceful Means
In the opinion of Dali Gribauskaite, President of Lithuania, all conflicts in Georgia and in the Caucasus in general should be settled by peaceful means, without any military operations. According to the Georgia News, she made such statement upon completion of her visit to Georgia. In her words, Lithuania will support Georgia in this area. "We support Georgia's integration into the European structures and hope Georgia will be able to solve its problems by peaceful means", - noted Gribauskaite.
The President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili, in his turn, mentioned that Lithuania is one of the main supporters of Georgia in all international organizations.
"When we need any support, Lithuania is the first one who comes to the rescue and the President in person especially fights for the interests of Georgia in all the organizations: EU, NATO", noted Saakashvili.
Let us remind you that the head of Lithuania visited Georgia within the scope of her Caucasian tour. Earlier she had visited Azerbaijan and now is going to Armenia.
