Burjanadze denied consultations to Georgian Party
Nino Burjanadze, who is the leader of the Democratic Movement, refused to accept the Georgian Party's offer about the start of negotiations on holding protest actions on May 21. As was reminded by GHN, such proposal was voiced earlier by one of the leaders of the Georgian Party Erosi Kitsmarishvili.
According to Burjanadze, the plan on holding protest actions on May 21 has been thoroughly detailed. "There are only four days left before May 21. The People's Assembly has got a precise plan of actions on May 21 and afterwards... There is no time for empty talk. Those who really wish to save the country must be with their people on May 21", - the leader of the Democratic Movement underlined.
Political secretary of the Georgian Party suggested that Nino Burjanadze and her movement held consultations on the upcoming protest action.
