Switzerland delayed a Russian-Georgian negotiations on WTO
At the request of the Swiss side, the next round of Russian-Georgian negotiations on Russia joining the World Trade Organization, which was scheduled on June 2, has been postponed indefinitely. The "Business-Georgia" reported about this, citing the spokesman of the Prime Minister of Georgia Nikoloz Mchedlishvili. He said that the negotiations are postponed because of the settlement of a number of technical issues.
The press service also underlined that during his visit to Tbilisi, Swiss President Micheline Calmy-Rey, also discussed the possibility of accession of the Russian Federation to the WTO.
