Sargsyan: Armenia has the political will to resolve the Karabakh conflict
According to the Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan, the leadership of his country has enough political will for the final resolve of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. As reported by "Trend", this position of Armenian Prime Minister was stated in an interview with CNN, ahead of a summit of the heads of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, which is scheduled to the end of June this year in Kazan (Tatarstan). It will be the ninth trilateral meeting between the presidents of these countries.
The previous meeting in this format was held in Sochi on March 5, 2011, and before that - in October 27, 2010 in Astrakhan.
As a result of the Astrakhan talks of Presidents Ilham Aliyev, Dmitry Medvedev and Serzh Sargsyan, Azerbaijan and Armenia has signed a declaration, which has a humanitarian nature. It provides for the return of prisoners of war.
