Kahnishvili: Now we are allowed to hold actions only in cemeteries
Now Georgian protesters in Georgia can carry out their actions only in cemeteries. According to the "GHN", that is how director of the Center for Political Technologies Kakha Kahnishvili has commented on the amendments proposed to the law "On gatherings and demonstrations".
"Especial outrage is caused by the law on the places of action, because the law states that during the action there also must be taken into account the business interests of the citizens who work in that territory. It is also forbidden to disturb the citizens, and these reasons may cause a dispersal of the rally. After these changes holding a rally in Tbilisi will be possible only on Kukiyskoye cemetery" - said the expert.
Recall, that the amendments to the Law "On gatherings and demonstrations" were just considered today at the meeting of Parliament of Sakartvelo.
