Patarkatsishvili's widow and the Georgian state went to an agreement
Today in the Georgian capital they signed an agreement under which family of the deceased Georgian billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili waives all claims to Sakartvelo. As reported by "Trend", document was signed by the widow of billionaire Inna Gudavadze-Patarkatsishvili and the Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia Tina Burjaliani. The document stops all legal proceedings against Patarkatsishvili family from the Georgian authorities.
Until today, in the Georgian arbitration there were disputes over belonging of some objects - Mtatsminda park, broadcast company "Imedi" as well as a number of property cases. After signing the agreement Inna Gudavadze-Patarkatsishvili said that her family intends to resume economic and charitable activities in Georgia after three years break.
Recall, Georgian billionaire Badri Patarkatsishvili died in 2008 of a heart attack.
During the events of November 2007 in Georgia, he sided with the opposition. Therefore, his family has blamed the country's authorities in his death.
