A new meeting of Russia and Georgia in Geneva will take place in late July
Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze commented last week's meeting between Russia and Georgia in Geneva on Russia's WTO accession at a briefing to reporters.
"I will refrain from divulging details of the negotiations, but I can say that the talks were held, and we have scheduled the following talks at the late July" - "Georgia-News" quoted words of Kalandadze.
She recalled that the Georgian side involved Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Sergi Kapanadze and Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister for Foreign Economic Affairs Tamar Kovziridze in the negotiations, as well as a number of customs experts.
She also stressed that these talks have been scheduled on June 2, but it was indefinitely postponed at the request of Switzerland, which is a mediator of it.
