Gasoline In South Ossetia will become cheaper
In South Ossetia in September fuel prices may begin decline.
As the agency Osinform reported, reducing of the cost of gasoline will occur in connection with the signing Agreement on trade regime by Moscow and Tskhinval; now entrance duty will not apply to gasoline and diesel intended for a limited use in South Ossetia.
Note, in April and May of this year the republic faced a fuel crisis.
A liter of gasoline AI-92 costs than 33 rubles. Rise of fuel cost is associated with an rise in prices for customs clearance of imported fuel from Russia.
South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity said that the shortage of gasoline, occured in the country, was associated with failures of the government.
"The deficit of gasoline originated from hasty actions of the government of South Ossetia, which has not taken care of the importation of fuel in necessary volumes into the Republic in time" - he said.
The president of South Ossetia said that the republic's authorities have a strategic fuel reserve that will ensure most essential services with gasoline - the emergencies, the police, firemen and armed forces of the country.
