Saakashvili was asked to help find Georgian girl missing in Norway
Georgian leader Mikhail Saakashvili received a request from family of missing during the terrorist attack in the Norwegian youth camp on the island of Utoya citizen of Georgia Tamta Liparteliani. According to Trend, a girl's relatives asked the president to assist in her searching.
"Her friends have examines the whole area, all the morgues and could not find my daughter. I do not know, either she's in the hospital or she is hiding in the woods and got lost there. I appeal to the President to help find my only daughter"- said girl's mother - Leila Asatiani. She worries that her daughter could be among the other 30 missing teenagers, who were not found until now.
"I think that the extremist had accomplices who could kidnap the children and to demand the authorities some concessions" - says Asatiani.
Recall, July 22, in Norway a double act of terror occured. First, a powerful explosive device went off near the government compound in central Oslo, and a few hours later a man wearing police uniform opened a fire at a youth camp of the ruling Labour party on the island of Utoya. As a result of the attacks 76 people were killed, about 100 people were injured. Native Norwegian Anders Breivik Behring was detained on suspicion of committing terrorist attack. He is charged of "terrorism and terrorist activities".
