The U.S.: Russia has organized explosions in Georgia
According secret CIA report, which investigated the causes of explosions in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi in September last year, Russian side was responsible for these incidents.
As reported by the "Vedomosti", this report confirms the suspicions of Georgian official that the explosion near the U.S. embassy in the Georgian capital was organized with the participation of special services of Russia.
However, some U.S. senators require special investigation on this matter. Republican John Kyle noted that the CIA information is extremely important in light of negotiations on Russia's accession to the WTO, as well as an agreement on missile defense, ongoing between Moscow and Washington .
The representative of the Russian Embassy in the United States Eugene Khorishko has already said that all these accusations were false and baseless.
Recall, last fall several explosions occurred in the Georgian capital - in particular, explosion near the U.S. embassy which occurred on September 22, as well as the explosion near the office of the Labour Party, which took place on November 28.
Georgian authorities have repeatedly blamed the Russian side in these incidents. It was reported that Russian officer Yevgeniy Borisov, who was allegedly recruited by several residents of Abkhazia for a variety of provocations in Georgia, was involved in organization of attacks.
In turn, the representative of the Labour Party Kakha Dzagania argues that the fact that the involvement of authorities of Georgia in organization of the attacks is obvious as well. "These attacks, among which attack of the office of the Labour Party in Tbilisi, were organized by Georgian authorities" - VZGLYAD quoted the words of the oppositionist.
According to him, the Labour Party is going to appeal to the UN Security Council to organize a special commission which will investigate the details of the explosions that took place in Tbilisi.
