Georgia is ready for talks with Abkhazia
According to information made public today by Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia Nino Kalandadze at a special press briefing, the Georgian side accepts all constructive proposals for conflict resolution. This was how Kalandadze commented on the statement of Acting President of Abkhazia Alexander Ankvab who expressed willingness to negotiate with Sakartvelo.
"For the Georgian side all constructive proposals that relate to conflict resolution and dialogue about decent return of refugees to their homes, are acceptable" - the "GHN" reported Kalandadze's words.
Georgia is ready to begin talks in any format with all persons who are responsible for this issue, added the official.
