"Green City" is waiting for its first residents
The first phase of construction of the so-called "Green City" near Georgian Lisi lake should be completed in about a year. As reported by the "Business-Georgia", CEO of JSC "Lisi development" Kakha Kolelishvili said this in an interview.
"This project is unique in its essence. "Green City" will be stretched out at 355 hectares and will be fully completed in five years. We are carrying out the work of the first stage. 80 four-storey houses and five villas are built at 80 acres" - he explained.
He added that 75 percent of the complex area will be planted with greenery and houses will be built at 25 percent of the territory. During the construction of the complex they use the latest energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies.
"Buyers are mostly citizens of Georgia who wants to live away from city noise, in quiet and comfortable environment. Our fellow citizens living abroad are also interested in this real estate. We offer our customers a simple and affordable form of payment. At first the client pays only a small part of housing costs , and the rest of the sum he will begin pay out only after the object is completed" - concluded the businessman.
