Tsiklauri: Georgia will never recognize Abkhazia and South Ossetia
According to a representative of the Georgian parliamentary majority Nugzar Tsiklauri, three years after the war between Russia and Georgia it became apparent that "it's impossible to legalize lawlessness through military power". As reported by the "GHN", the MP expressed this opinion today in an interview during a ceremony to commemorate killed persons in the war of 2008, at the cemetery of Muhatgverdi.
"These three years have shown that only military force and military aggression is not enough to ensure that lawlessness could be legalized. The whole world, the recent decision of the U.S. Senate, the decision of the parliaments of different European countries show that recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia will never happen. Therefore, the sacrifice of those who died for freedom and unity of the country was justified" - said Tsiklauri.
