Study: Armenians love Russia more than the Georgians do
According to data of the American Research Center "Gallup", the most negative attitude towards Russia's policy among the former Soviet Union, was recorded in Georgia. As reported by the "GHN", in Sakartvelo only 6 percent of the population supports the policy of official Moscow, 76 percent have a negative attitude towards the Russian authorities, 18 percent have abstained.
According to sociologists, population of other countries of the former USSR have more positive attitude towards Russia and its policies.
For example, in Armenia 75 percent of population have positive attitude towards the policy of the Russian Federation, negative - 7 percent. 17 percent of Armenians were undecided or declined to answer this question.
In Azerbaijan, 54 percent of residents have pro-Russian position, while 19 percent have a negative attitude towards the Kremlin's policy.
