The ban on showing movies in Russian failed in Georgia
In cinemas of Georgian capital of Tbilisi resumed showing movies in Russian.
According to VZGLYAD, now viewers have the opportunity to see at the box office two movies in Russian - Hollywood comedy "Mr. Popper's Penguins" and "Horrible bosses".
Recall, from January 1, 2011 in Georgia movies in cinemas should have been shown or in the original language with subtitles or translated into Georgian. Same conditions were applied at the Georgian television.
In reality, implementation of such dubbing appeared too complex and expensive project for cinema owners and it forced them to ignore the decision of the parliament.
