Nikolaishvili: I will be a "bridge" for the Latvian business in Georgia
According to the Minister of regional development and infrastructure of Georgia Ramaz Nikolaishvili, he is personally willing to become a sort of a "bridge" for the Latvian business in their country. According to "Business-Georgia", Nikolaishvili made such statement at the joint press conference with Latvian businessmen.
"Foreign investors are not already surprised that they are not forced to give bribes for the realization of their projects, and taxes, conditions and profitability - everything's cool! I am ready to become a "bridge" for your business in this country. Do not hesitate to contact me, participate in the tendering, I'm always ready for dialogue" - said the Georgian minister. Some of the Latvian business ideas will "sprout like a vine on the generous soil of Georgia", Georgian official added.
Visit of the Georgian delegation to Latvia, led by Nikolaishvili, was held at the end of last week. Joint Georgian-Latvian conference was organized in Riga with the participation of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce (LTRK).
During this visit, the Georgian minister also urged Latvian businessmen to participate in the tenders for road construction in Sakartvelo more actively.
