Vashadze communicated with John Bass
The head of the Georgian Foreign Ministry Vashadze met with the U.S. Ambassador to Georgia John Bass on the eve. As reported by "Georgia-News" referring to the statement released after meeting by Foreign Ministry press service, they discussed issues of bilateral relations during the meeting.
"Foreign Minister and head of the U.S. diplomatic mission discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral relations between the U.S. and Georgia" - said in the press-service.
Recall, diplomatic relations between Georgia and the U.S. were installed in 1992. The same year in Washington, both countries signed the Charter on a strategic partnership, which includes expanding partnerships in the field of defense and security, economy, energy, democratic reform, diplomacy and culture.
