The Naval Academy of Georgia will meet European standards
Starting from the new academic year, the Naval Academy of Georgia, located in Batumi, will meet the European standards. "Georgia-News" reported about this with reference to the press service of the Government of Adjara Autonomous Republic. The building of the Academy is completely renovated, the training here will be identical to the European educational program, explained in the government press service.
"I promise that until January 1, the Academy will turn into an international seaworthy training center. We will return the status of the sea city. The Academy changed the conditions and methods of teaching. Contact with the six major crewing companies is established, and students will practice there. It is very important because the practice will help them in future employment" - said the head of Adjara government Levan Varshalomidze in an interview.
