Azerbaijan does not renounce talks on Karabakh
According to the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov, Azerbaijan will not renounce the talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. "I have no information about the next meeting of the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan. I learned this from the press. I can confirm that Azerbaijan is ready to continue talks over Nagorno-Karabakh" - agency Trend quoted Azerbaijani Minister.
Mamedyarov stressed that to date, there was done very much in the peace process. "I do not want someone doing propaganda, saying that Azerbaijan refuses negotiation process. Resolving the conflict should occur in a phased manner, on the basis of Madrid Principles," - said the head of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
Recall, the conflict between the two South Caucasus countries, Armenia and Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh, appeared in 1988.
