TV Channel "PIC" joins with "Region TV"
CEO of TV channel "PIC" Robert Parsons said that it would be merged with another Russian-language project broadcasting from Georgia - "Region TV".
According to VZGLIAD, Parsons said that "a small country like Georgia does not need two Russian-language channels".
The edition also noted that in a short time Robert Parsons will leave the television along with some his colleagues - they will be replaced by the Georgian team. In this case the current CEO of the channel expressed doubt that the authorities of the Republic will not interfere with its editorial policy after the proposed changes.
Robert Parsons also believes that the Georgian leadership is affecting the other channels of the country - first of all - "Rustavi 2" and "Imedi".
