The Georgian Foreign Ministry: Russia wants to "buy" the recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Nino Kalandadze accused Russia of trying to "buy" the recognition of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
"Russia has used all the levers for this - pressure, money; it is well known throughout the international community and it continues without success" - VZGLIAD quoted the words of the Georgian diplomat.
Recall, the independence of the two republics was recognized by Russia, Nicaragua, Venezuela and Nauru.
Earlier, Georgia's Foreign Ministry has stated that he could prevent recognition of the sovereignty of Tskhinval and Sukhum on the part of several states.
