Gilauri: The volume of Georgian production increased by 40 percent
According to information announced today by Georgian Prime Minister Nikoloz Gilauri, the volume products manufactured here increased by 40 percent for 8 months of this year. "Exports grew by 40 percent, which is pretty good and this is beeter then in other years. Also the imports grew by 38 percent. The figures of the banking sector are quite encouraging, and the volume of deposits increased by 11 percent. The volume of loans increased by 14 percent "- Gilauri said.
The head of the Georgian government also said that during January-August 2011 sales of cars had grown for about 14 percent. In turn, the real estate market has grown by 30 percent.
