In Tbilisi, deputy head of the FBI arrives
Today, deputy director of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Joseph Demarest arrives in Tbilisi. This was reported by Trend referring to the Georgian Interior Ministry. According to the Office explained, during a visit they intend to meet with Interior Minister Vano Merabishvili, as well as the head of Georgian Ministry of Justice Zurab Adeishvili.
It is worth recalling that at this moment in Sakartvelo a seminar on exchange of experience between the FBI and the Georgian security forces is being held. This event is attended by some 250 graduates of the FBI Academy.
As expected, the former cadets will take part at a meeting of Joseph Demarest with Georgian ministers.
Recall, FBI Director Robert Mueller also has visited Georgia. His official visit was in May last year. During his visit, he met with the head of Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and Minister of Justice.
