Georgia will participate in a conference on CFE
Georgian governmental delegation participates in a conference on the issue of implementation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) which will be held September 29 in Vienna, according to "Georgia-News".
"At a conference in Vienna they will discuss issues related to the revision of the the CFE Treaty" - said Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia Jalagania.
Recall, the CFE Treaty was signed by members of Warsaw Pact and NATO in 1990. CFE members are 28 European countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, Georgia, Greece, Denmark, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia , Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, France, Czech Republic), as well as the United States and Canada.
