Labour Party promised to throw Ugulava away from Tbilisi City Hall "like trash"
The Executive Secretary of Georgian Labour Party Paata Dzhibladze during a protest in front of Tbilisi City Hall announced that city administration should change the payment system of trash collection for public.
Recall, the City Hall of Tbilisi June 24 agreed on the calculation of the new tariff for trash collection in the city. The amount of payment is now related to the amount of electricity used by subscribers. A subscriber will have to pay for trash collection 0.05 lari (GEL 5) for each of 1 kW/h of electricity he spent.
In turn, Dzhibladze told that Tbilisi inhabitants come to the office of Labour Party and "leave the trash" for the Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava. "It's about a common payment receipts for garbage and electricity. Today we will burn this Ugulava's trash here" - Medianews reported.
"We warn Ugulava and authorities, if they do not abolish the decision and will not help Tbilisi inhabitants to remove trash, they, debris will remove them from the building like trash, and their names will be burnt, burnt like their payment receipts" - said the opposition leader, accusing Tbilisi mayor of misappropriation of the city budget.
